Our Adult Foster Care program is designed for adults 16 years and older who have a chronic illness, disability, or other condition that requires daily assistance. If you or your loved one has difficulty with activities like grooming, mobility, or medication management, you may qualify. Our program is especially beneficial for those who prefer living in a home setting rather than a nursing home or assisted living facility.
